The double-stage air-screen cleaner is a mechanical device used for cleaning and grading agricultural product grains. It primarily removes impurities through a combination of air separation and screening.
Working Principle: Raw materials first enter the front-end vertical air screen via an elevator. Based on the differences in density between impurities and materials, initial air separation removes light impurities. Then, the material enters a vibrating screen. By adjusting precision perforated screen plates of different specifications, large and small impurities are removed based on the material’s size. Simultaneously, the finished material is separated into different particle size grades. Finally, it passes through the rear-end vertical air screen for a second air separation treatment of any remaining light impurities, improving the cleaning effect.
Structural Composition: The machine mainly consists of a frame, fan, screen box, gravity separation platform, dust extraction fan, and dust removal chamber. The frame supports the components; the fan provides the power for air separation; the screen box contains multiple layers of screens for screening materials; the gravity separation platform further separates impurities; and the dust extraction fan and dust removal chamber remove the separated impurities and dust.
