Seed and grain destoner is a kind of equipment used to remove stones, soil and other impurities from seeds and grains.
1. Working principle of stone remover
The gravity stone remover is a device that sorts materials based on the difference in density (specific gravity) between materials and impurities. The main structure of the device includes a machine base, a wind system, a vibration system, a specific gravity table, etc. When the device is working, the materials are mainly affected by two forces: wind force and vibration friction. When working, the materials are fed from the high end of the specific gravity table, and then under the action of wind force, the materials are suspended. At the same time, the vibration friction causes the suspended materials to be layered, with the light ones on the top and the heavy ones on the bottom. Finally, the vibration of the specific gravity table causes the heavy impurities on the bottom to climb up, and the light finished products on the upper layer flow down, thus completing the separation of materials and impurities.

3. The purpose of stone removal machine
Remove heavier impurities such as shoulder stones in the material, such as straw.
It can be adjusted by vibration frequency and air volume, suitable for small-particle materials (millet, sesame), medium-particle materials (mung beans, soybeans), large-particle materials (kidney beans, broad beans), etc., and can effectively remove heavier impurities such as shoulder stones (sand and gravel with similar particle size to the material) in the material. In the process flow of grain processing, it should be installed in the latter part of the screening process. Raw materials without removing large, small and light impurities should not enter the machine directly to avoid affecting the stone removal effect.
