（4）Quality characteristics: Tanzanian sesame has a high oil content, generally reaching more than 53%, and has obvious advantages in oil processing and other fields. Among them, the southern Tanzanian sesame, which is purchased by the government, has strict control over moisture and impurity rates, and is of relatively better quality.
