Working principle of specific gravity machine:
The core principle of the seed and grain specific gravity machine is to use the difference in specific gravity (density) and aerodynamic characteristics between seeds and impurities (or seeds of different qualities) to achieve separation by combining vibration and airflow. The details are as follows:
- Gravity differences: Different types of seeds, seeds with different degrees of fullness, and impurities (such as shriveled seeds, broken seeds, grass seeds, mud and sand, etc.) have different specific gravity. For example, full grain seeds have a higher specific gravity, while shriveled seeds or impurities have a lower specific gravity.
2. Vibration and airflow work together: When the equipment is working, the material is mainly affected by two forces: wind force and vibration friction. Under the action of wind force, the material is suspended. At the same time, the vibration friction causes the suspended material to be layered, with the light ones on top and the heavy ones on the bottom. Finally, the vibration of the specific gravity table causes the lighter impurities on the upper layer to flow downward, and the heavy finished products on the lower layer climb upward, thus completing the separation of material and impurities.
