The destoner combines airflow and screen vibration to efficiently separate stones from soybeans. Its core principle is utilizing the density difference between soybeans and stones for grading.
Core Workflow:
Feeding and Distribution: Soybeans enter through the feed inlet and are evenly distributed on the vibrating screen surface by a distribution device, preventing localized accumulation that could affect separation.
Airflow Fluidization: A fan at the bottom of the machine blows air upwards. The airflow passes through the gaps in the screen surface and enters the soybean material layer, suspending the soybean particles in a “fluidized state” and increasing the gaps between particles.
Gravity Grading: Stones (approximately 2.6 g/cm³) have a much higher density than soybeans (approximately 1.2 g/cm³) and cannot be lifted by the airflow, moving along the upper end of the screen surface. Soybeans, on the other hand, are lifted by the airflow and slide towards the lower end with the screen vibration.
Discharge:Soybeans are discharged from the “clean grain outlet” at the lower end of the screen surface, while stones are collected from the “heavy impurity outlet” at the upper end, completing the destonerization process.

Regular Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean broken beans or impurities from the screen gaps weekly to prevent clogging; check the fan blades and vibration motor monthly to ensure proper operation.
Parameter Adjustment: If the soybean moisture content is too high, increase the airflow appropriately; if a small amount of soybean is mixed with stones, fine-tune the screen angle to balance separation accuracy and output.
