TAOBO air Screen Gravity Cleaner: A Tool for Improving Quality and Efficiency in Flower Production and Processing

Our Taobo air screening gravity separator is a cleaning machine designed specifically for grain, cereals, and beans processing. By integrating air screening separation and gravity screening technology, it can accurately separate impurities and inferior grains from cereals and beans, significantly improving their purity, uniformity, and product quality.

1. Core Working Principle: Dual Screening, Precise Separation
The equipment focuses on physical separation, using a synergistic air screening system and a specific gravity screening system to complete the peanut cleaning process in a step-by-step process. The specific process is as follows:

Preliminary Air Screening: Removal of Light Impurities
Freshly shelled peanuts (including plump kernels, shrunken kernels, peanut shells, dust, dead leaves, etc.) first enter the air screening channel. The equipment’s built-in adjustable-speed centrifugal fan generates a stable and controllable airflow.
Lighter impurities (such as peanut shell fragments, dust, and dead leaves) are carried away by the airflow and collected by the dust collector.
Peanuts (whether plump or shrunken) have a higher specific gravity and are less affected by the airflow, naturally falling to the next screening stage.
This stage quickly removes over 80% of light impurities, reducing the burden of subsequent screening. Precision Gravity Screening: Separating Quality Kernels
After passing through the air sieve, the peanuts enter the gravity screening device, which consists of a vibrating screen with an adjustable inclination angle and a bottom-assisted airflow. This device uses the difference in specific gravity between plump peanuts and shriveled/worm-eaten peanuts to achieve separation:
Plump peanuts have a higher specific gravity (approximately 1.1-1.2 g/cm³). The vibrating screen overcomes airflow resistance and slides down the screen to the “high-quality kernel outlet.”
Shriveled, worm-eaten, and moldy kernels have a lower specific gravity (approximately 0.7-0.9 g/cm³). The combined effects of the bottom-assisted airflow and the screen’s vibrations push them toward the other side of the screen, ultimately discharging them from the “low-quality kernel outlet.”
The screen can also be adjusted to different mesh sizes based on the peanut variety (e.g., large or small) to separate contaminated heavy impurities such as fine sand, gravel, and broken particles.

2. Core Structure: Modular Design for Easy Operation and Maintenance
The equipment adopts a modular layout with clearly defined core components, ensuring both efficient operation and easy maintenance. These components primarily include:

Feed System: Consists of a hopper and conveyor belt (or screw feeder), ensuring a uniform and stable feed rate to prevent material accumulation and blockage.

Wind Screening System: Consists of an adjustable-speed fan, air flow channels, and a dust collection box, removing light impurities. The dust collection box can be quickly disassembled for cleaning.

Gravity Screening System: Core components include a vibrating screen (with replaceable screens), an eccentric vibrating motor, and a bottom airflow plate. This system achieves gravity separation through the synergy of vibration and airflow.

Discharge System: Three discharge outlets are provided for “High-Quality Kernels,” “Low-Quality Kernels,” and “Impurities.” A receiving hopper or conveyor belt is available for convenient collection and transfer.

Control System: Utilizing a PLC touchscreen or push-button control system, the system intuitively displays operating parameters (such as air speed, vibration frequency, and throughput). Operation is simple, and even beginners can master it after just half an hour of training. Frame and dust removal device: The frame is made of thickened steel, which is stable and durable; the built-in dust removal pipes and filter bags reduce dust overflow during the screening process, meeting the requirements of green agricultural production.

The air screen gravity separator is not only a reflection of the extension of agricultural mechanization to the “full chain”, but also plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the transformation of the peanut industry from a “yield-oriented” to a “quality-oriented” one.
