The working process of the grading machine:
Use equipment such as elevators to transport materials to the bulk grain box. Under the action of the vibration force of the screen box, materials of different sizes are separated by screens of different specifications and enter the grain outlet box. The screens grade the materials and remove large and small impurities at the same time. Finally, the materials are classified and discharged from the grain outlet box and bagged or enter the grain trough for the next processing.
The grading machine can not only improve the quality of grain crop seeds (purity, germination rate) through precise sorting of "size - weight - shape", but also provide uniform raw materials for processed grains (such as edible beans and oil seeds).
