1. Air Separation Speed: Strictly maintain a low air speed to prevent qualified sesame seeds from being blown away.

Sesame seeds have a low suspension velocity. If the air speed is too high, qualified sesame seeds can be sucked away along with light impurities (such as broken leaves and dust), resulting in loss. If the air speed is too low, light impurities cannot be completely separated.

After cleaning, sesame seeds are separated into four categories: “Qualified Finished Products,” “Large Impurities,” “Minor Impurities,” and “Light Impurities.” These products are then collected through separate discharge ports.

4Equipment Maintenance: Extending Lifespan and Ensuring Cleaning Stability

Given the unique characteristics of sesame seed cleaning, equipment requires targeted maintenance, focusing on components prone to contamination and clogging:

1. After each use: Thoroughly clean any remaining sesame seeds.
