Gravity De-stoner Applications:

Gravity De-stoner Processing Works:
The materials fall evenly from the bulk grain box to the working surface of the specific gravity table. Due to the reciprocating vibration of the working surface and the action of wind power, the stones with heavy specific gravity sink to the bottom of the material layer, and the materials with lower specific gravity float on it, forming a initial layering between the materials and the stone. The materials in the upper layer are driven by wind and gravity, and continue to move along the inclined working surface towards the discharge port (lower end), slide into the discharge hopper, and are discharged out of the machine through the discharge hopper. Due to its large specific gravity (larger than the material), the stone is easily in contact with the mesh surface. It crawls toward the stone outlet (high end) due to the friction of the working mesh surface, slides into the stone outlet hopper, and is then discharged out of the machine through the stone outlet hopper.
