Bag Dust Collector Applications:

The bag dust collector is a common dust removal equipment, and most manufacturers use bag dust collectors.Bag dust collector is a dry dust filtering device. It is suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt, and uses the filtration effect of fiber fabric to filter dust-containing gas. When the dust-containing gas enters the bag dust collector, the dust with large particles and heavy specific gravity will be removed due to gravity. It will settle down and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked, thus the gas can be purified.

The main structure of the bag dust collector is mainly composed of the upper box, the middle box, the lower box (ash hopper), the ash cleaning system and the ash discharge mechanism.

Bag Dust Collector Processing works:

The working principle of the bag dust collector is that the dust-laden airflow enters the cylindrical filter bag from the lower orifice plate. When passing through the pores of the filter material, the dust is collected on the filter material, and the clean gas that penetrates the filter material is discharged from the discharge port. The dust deposited on the filter material can fall off the surface of the filter material under the action of mechanical vibration and fall into the ash hopper.

8.The range of air volume is wide, the small one is only a few m3 per minute, and the large one can reach tens of thousands of m3 per minute. It can be used for the dust removal of flue gas in industrial furnaces and kilns to reduce the emission of air pollutants.
