The height of the wind and air pressure on the stone remover will directly damage the effectiveness of the stone remover. Therefore, the stone removal machine must be equipped with an independent wind screen as specified in the user manual. Choose a moderate centrifugal fan to ensure it has stable and sufficient exhaust volume and air pressure.

2. Severe damage to the sieve powder

After long-term use, the surface of the screen can be polished with hand-woven wavy patterns, and the gravel is easy to flow down and turn over on the surface of the screen. It will be difficult to jump up and cannot be discharged, make sure to remove the stone sieve powder at this time.

3. The sealing condition of machine equipment connections

Equipped with conductive soft connections on the feed inlet and air duct. Once damaged, the exhaust volume and air pressure in the machine will be unstable, which will immediately damage the actual effect of the stone removal agent. Make sure to remove and replace the conductive soft connection immediately.

4. Whether the round hole screen is clogged. At this stage, most of the screen powder of the stone removal machine is a hand-woven stainless steel screen. After long-term use, residues such as steel nails and broken fine iron wire will be buried in the stainless steel screen, thereby blocking the round hole screen and damaging the actual effect of stone removal.
