Question 1: Why can’t you provide eaujpment that can reach 5-10 tons per hour for sesame seed?

Some unprofessional manufacturers often blindly promise the large processing volume of customers in order to sell the eauipment.

At present the mostcommon large screen box in the industyis usualy 240~1500mm .The ptimal procesing capaciyis 2-3T/h without.considering the mode ofone box and two groups.the customer wants to increase the oututof the sceen tox in this size, tcan be achiered by chanoino the amotud ofthe vibratio motor and ncreasin the ande ofthe sceen box buthis isa double-edaed sword. which is achieved at the expense of the cleaning rate.

As you can imagine, blindly increasing the feeding amount will cause the grain layer to be too thick, resulting in low cleaning rate.

Question 2:

Some manufacturers promise that the purity of single machine cleaning sesame can reach 98% or 99%. Why can’t you do it?

The purity of screening depends on many factors, such as the impurity content, the type of impurity and so on. Often different customers use the same equipment will have different cleaning rate, this is because of their different raw materials. It is unscientific and unprofessional to blindly promise the cleanliness to customers.

Unless the customer’s Sesame has a relatively high degree of cleanliness, and there is no difference color sesame and stones which size are the same with sesame, then we can use our 5xfz series combination cleaner to achieve a high degree of cleanliness. Otherwise, the single machine can not achieve such a high degree of cleanliness. The sesame with different colors needs to be removed by a color sorter, and the stones needs to be removed by a De-stoners.

Generally speaking, the deep processing of sesame industry requires three sieves and two stone removal + gravity table + color sorter to achieve 99% purity. It can be imagined that it is almost impossible to achieve such a high purity with just a single machine.
